Pricing: The listed price covers the artwork commission only and does not include any stationery items.

Returns: Due to the individual, hand-painted nature of our watercolour pieces, we do not offer refunds for rejected artwork commissions.

The original painting can be sent to you upon request. Our watercolour artist is based in Cape Town, South Africa, so there will be an additional postage fee.

Our artists will paint your commissioned piece based on the image/information you provide. Once it's complete, you’ll see the watercolour artwork applied to the stationery items you’ve requested. Please allow an additional two weeks, on top of our standard timeframe, to receive your proofs for approval.

These techniques are traditional, old-school methods of printing that require more time and craftsmanship. To foil press, emboss, or deboss a design, a custom printing block must be created to press the design into the paper.

This process is separate from standard printing and involves additional equipment, specialised skills, and extra time, contributing to the higher cost.
