Personalisation & Order Process for Bespoke Stationery Suites

For couples looking for something truly unique, our Bespoke Design process allows you to commission one-of-a-kind wedding stationery, crafted by hand with exquisite detail. Whether you envision a custom monogram, an illustrated wedding crest, a venue illustration, or a hand-painted watercolour, we’ll guide you through the process... step-by-step.

While creating your stationery suite should be a creative and fun process, it can sometimes feel overwhelming with so many options to choose from! That’s why Pixel & Press offers a personalisation process where you can see in real-time how different print methods and colour combinations come together. We hope you enjoy this process, and if at any time you feel you could do with an extra bit of help, please feel welcome to reach out to us by email.

01.

Monogram, Illustration, or Watercolour Painting?

Start by deciding which bespoke artwork best suits your wedding style. Would you like a custom monogram for a timeless and elegant touch, a hand-drawn illustration to add intricate detailing, or a watercolour painting for a soft and romantic aesthetic.

02.

Gather Inspiration & Key Details

Now that you've chosen your bespoke design direction, it’s time to gather all the necessary details to bring your custom artwork to life. Depending on your commission - whether it's a floral illustration, a venue watercolour, or a custom monogram - this step allows you to provide reference images, meaningful details, and any specific elements you’d like incorporated into your design.

03.

Choose Foundation Elements

With your bespoke design selected, it’s time to build the foundation of your stationery suite. This step allows you to choose all the essential details that will shape the final look and feel of your invitations. Please note that this stage of the personalisation process is focused on selecting fonts, colours, papers, and other material choices - it does not display the layout of the invitation elements. The layout and arrangement of your design will be refined and presented during the proofing stage, where you’ll have the opportunity to review and make adjustments.

04.

Invitation Wording & Wedding Details

After selecting your paper type, colours, print methods, and other foundational elements, the personalisation process will guide you through providing the wording for your wedding invitation. For all additional wedding details - such as venue information, accommodation options, order of events, dress code, gifting, etc. - you'll receive a link in your order confirmation email. When you are ready with all your information, you'll use this link to upload everything in one place.

This information will be used to create your wedding website, which will be designed to reflect the same aesthetic as your printed invitations.

05.

Finishing Touches

This is where the finer details come together to make your wedding stationery suite truly unique. From custom-made elegant wax seals and delicate silk ribbons to translucent vellum wraps and bespoke belly bands, these finishing touches add an extra layer of sophistication and personal flair.

You also have the option to choose our Suite Assembly Service if you prefer a stress-free experience. While our stationery typically arrives in a ready-to-assemble format for couples who enjoy a hands-on approach, we understand that not everyone has the time—or patience—to assemble their invitations themselves.

With our professional assembly service, we take care of everything for you. This includes carefully layering your invitation cards, securing vellum wraps, tying ribbons, affixing wax seals, and ensuring every detail is beautifully finished. Your invitations will arrive fully assembled and ready to mail - all you’ll need to do is add postage and send them on their way!
